This lower-level unit is steps from the resort pool & the white sandy beach. Treasure Island is located on the quieter east end of the beach but still close to shopping, entertainment & our favorite local restaurants.
This is a 2 bedroom condo that also includes a bunk area. The primary ensuite features a gulf-front view, balcony access, marble doubled-vanity in the bathroom, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed bedroom and located off of it is an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Additionally, there is a twin bunk area. The main living area features a spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room overlooking the gulf.
You will have access to the whole unit as well as the complex amenities that include a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and beach access. Pool Heated in winter months!
*From March 1st - October 31st 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. FREE beach chair service is included in your stay. You will get 2 chairs & 1 umbrella.*
This property is located on the quieter, east end of Panama City Beach but still close to all the fun. You are steps away from Schooner's (a local favorite restaurant) and a very short drive to other favorites like Liza's Kitchen, Patches, & Finn's Island Style Grub. You are also a short drive from St. Andrew's State Park where you can visit the jetties and explore the nature trails, as well as a few miles from Pier Park for shopping, dining, & more entertainment for the whole family!
- Treasure Island, there is a guest registration fee of $35 paid directly to the resort. There is a registration form that must be filled out prior to arrival.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. There are no exceptions.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
-No Smoking Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
