2 Lands End Court is located in one of the most beautiful settings in Sea Pines with Cape Cod-style duplex homes and gorgeous water views. As you enter the home you will first notice the open floor plan and breathtaking views of the Calibogue Sound. There are light gray hardwood floors and very nice coastal accents throughout. The living room has a brown leather sofa, two leather armchairs, and a 55” Roku TV mounted over the fireplace. Relax in the air-conditioned Carolina Room where there is a gray queen sleeper sofa and yellow armchair with ottoman. Outside there is a large outdoor deck with bench seating, four Adirondack chairs, two lounge chairs, a dining table that seats four and a Weber grill. A great place to enjoy drinks on the deck watching dolphins playing, awesome sunsets or do some fishing.

Back inside behind the living room is the dining room with a glass topped table that seats eight. A teal buffet hutch has all the dishes you will need for a family meal. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are two stools at the island to enjoy your cup of coffee while the chef prepares breakfast.

The first floor has two bedrooms which are carpeted, the first bedroom has a king size bed, accent chair, large walk-in closet and 32” TV. This room has views of the Sound. The ensuite bath has a granite topped double vanity and walk-in shower. In the hall there is another bathroom with a single, granite topped vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds and an accent chair.

The second floor is all carpeted and has the washer and dryer at the top of the stairs, a bathroom in the hall that has a single, granite topped vanity and a walk-in shower, plus bedroom #3 which has a king bed, two bench seats and a 32” Roku TV.

The Lands End complex features an on-site pool and 2 private parking spaces per property. You are also a short walk or bike ride to the beach and South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants, water activities and nightly entertainment.
