Our newly renovated one bedroom villa with updated furnishings is an easy walk to the beautiful Folly Field Beach boardwalk on level paved walking / biking paths. Relax on the great beaches or rent a bike and explore our beautiful island. Accommodations include one king bed in the owners suite and a sofa sleeper in the living room area. Regime rules are 3 adults, or 3 adults and one children, or 2 adults and two children with maximum capacity of 4 people allowed. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances. Outdoor gas grill is available for your use or if you prefer charcoal grilling, there are grills located near the villa by the pool area which is steps away from the back patio. Our washer and dryer in the condo for use during your stay in the bathroom which contains a walk in shower. Bedroom and living room boast flat screen TVs with excellent WI-FI service available. Beach chairs, wagon, and pool toys are provided for your use. The pool is steps from the patio. Dog friendly. Pet fee is $150.00 for up to 2 dogs. No more than 2 dogs allowed. No cats or other animals are allowed per community restrictions. We are very hands on with making sure we can offer the best accommodations possible and to be available for questions or concerns.
