- Maintenance: Available during business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) for non-emergency requests.

Pet Policy:
- No puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies allowed.
- No cats allowed.
- Pet Fee: $100 if bringing a pet. Please message us to arrange payment.

Cancellation policy
- We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
