This modern apartment is spread over 73 m2, located on the second floor, and has capacity for 4 people.
The living area is spacious and features a stylish beige L-shaped double sofa-bed and a grey armchair. The room is beautifully decorated with wood furniture, mirrors, greenery, modern accessories, and paintings.

In front of the seating set is a TV unit topped with an HD 55-inch smart tv with free streaming services, such as Netflix.
The living room has access to a private balcony with a table and 2 chairs, for you to enjoy some fresh air and your morning coffee quietly.
There is also an open space kitchen, neatly organized, with hidden LED lights underneath the top cabinets. It is fully equipped including everything you might need during your stay, such as blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, rice maker, wine glasses, electric stove, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil facilities and a Nespresso machine!
This wall-free room also includes a white granite rectangular dining table with 4 over-sized chairs, with beautiful decorations and accessories.

The bedroom includes a king-size bed dressed with white linen, and a large built-in white wardrobe, beautiful decorations, and a window overlooking the quiet complex, as well as room-darkening shades. Finally, the bathroom at the apartment is equipped with a shower cabin with a glass separator, toilet, a wash basin with a big mirror, and all the bathroom amenities you might need during your stay, such as cleaning products, hair dryer, hot water, conditioner, and more.

The whole apartment is equipped with WIFI, central air conditioner, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit. The unit also includes a free washing machine, iron, and drying rack for clothing.
