In the winter, you’re a quick drive from Mammoth Mountain, and in the summer, you’re surrounded by dozens of trailheads, including one just at end of Bear Court, comprising part of over 300 miles of the Mammoth Lakes Trail System.

At home, both of your private decks offer a tree-lined view of Sierra Star Golf Course and, with a private hot tub on the lower level, you’ll love watching tee times come and go. Inside, the middle level features an open floor plan combining the full, well-equipped kitchen with the dining and living areas. The large dining table offers plenty of room at mealtime, and everyone can get cozy after a day of exploring in front of the gas fireplace. Downstairs you’ll find another living area with a TV, huge suede sectional, and a wine fridge, so there’s no need to head upstairs when you want to open a bottle. With six TVs, free WiFi, and cable, everyone can find something to entertain them. Keep dinner prep simple at the end of the day with the gas grill, then take your pick of four well-appointed bedrooms, with the primary suite occupying the entire third floor. The perfect Mammoth Lake vacation awaits - the only thing left to do is book.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
