GB40 Excellent House 4 Suites - Guarajuba

House consisting of 4 suites, located in the Mar Azul condominium in Guarajuba.

My space has air conditioning in the 4 suites, full kitchen, super cozy living room with Smart TV, swimming pool with security fence and large gourmet area with barbecue.

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$1000.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

- Suite1 (Ground floor): 1 double bed, TV, Window type air conditioning, fan, Blackout curtain and cabinets.

- Suite 2 (Superior): 3 single beds, window type air conditioning, fan and cabinets.

- Suite 3 (Superior): 1 double bed, TV, Window type air conditioning, fan, Blackout curtain and cabinets.

- Suite 4 (External - Ground floor): 1 double bed, 1 single bed and air conditioning.

Guarajuba is an excellent place to get in touch with nature and rest on its beautiful and unspoilt beaches.

The condominium has full infrastructure, offers a sports area with a soccer field, grass and sand, a playground and 24-hour security.

Its distance to Salvador International Airport is 30 km.

- Praia do Forte: 16.4 km, where the Tamar project is located; restaurants; kiosks with natural pools and many leisure options.
- Mangue Seco: 140 km.
