The house is located on the islet of Žižanj (next to the island of Pašman), which is not connected by ferry lines either to the mainland or to other islands, so both the island and the house itself are inaccessible for personal vehicles! You leave your vehicle (one per group) in a safe and free parking lot in Biograd na Moru. Private transfer by boat from the parking place to the house, once upon arrival and once at the end of your stay, is free of charge. This house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a stove, plus a sofa bed. There is also a barbecue in the yard at your disposal.
