Built in 2002 for the Olympics, Crestview Condominiums boasts peaceful surroundings, scenic views, modern amenities, and an incredibly convenient and accessible location. This condo will give you nearby access to everything you need while providing a quiet retreat from the noisy bustle of the slopes! Just walk across the street to access the outlet mall, free public transit to the ski resorts, Whole Foods or tons of other dining and shopping options!

If you are looking for an updated rental - look no further! This unit underwent a complete renovation, including new flooring, plumbing, electric, lighting, appliances - you name it, it's new. With an impeccable attention to detail, this spacious condo has been redecorated with high-quality furniture and decor to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. With two bedrooms (as well as a queen-size sofa bed) and two full baths, this unit can serve as an oasis getaway for two or can easily accommodate a group as large as six. This unit also features a water softener system so relax and enjoy your shower or bath without hard water chemicals! This unit is located on the first floor of the building which is accessible by an elevator from the ground floor heated garage.

Complete with new stainless steel appliances, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The living area includes a fireplace, 55 inch smart TV (with cable) and plenty of seating for all. The dining area allows for plenty of natural light and the four-person dining table can be easily converted to seat six with the insert of a table leaf. A sunny private deck includes a gas grill, table & chairs, and breathtaking views of the Utah mountains. If you need to stay plugged-in during your travels, there are plenty of USB charging ports throughout the condo. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit so you can pack light and leave room in your suitcase for purchases from the Park City (Tanger) Outlets right across the street!

The spacious master bedroom includes a new king-size bed, walk-in custom closet, 55 inch smart TV, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin beds (which can be joined with a bed bridge to convert them into a king-size bed!) and a 34 inch smart TV. A second, full-size bathroom off the hallway includes a large shower with tub.

Crestview is a secure building with an assigned indoor parking space (in the heated garage!) and additional parking outside under cover. Beautiful, scenic hiking and biking trails are located just steps away behind the Crestview complex. The complex also features a private club house, workout room, pool and hot tub. The convenient location provides excellent local amenities. You are minutes from The Canyons (9 mins), Park City Mountain Resort (13 mins), and Deer Valley (17 mins). Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are all less than an hour away. Do not waste your money on ski-in ski-out and get stuck skiing the same resort. Local transit systems provide a variety of free transportation options to get you to the slopes or anywhere around town – you can even download their app and request free rides on demand! Take advantage of the free local shuttle service that picks up in front of the complex every 20 minutes or it’s just a 5 minute walk to catch the 101 bus which travels directly to the nearby slopes.

For convenient shopping, a 24-hour Wal-Mart as well as a Whole Foods Market are just around the corner. Just beyond that, Redstone and New Park Town Center provide ample dining as well as shopping options and a movie theater. Activities are available both winter and summer at the Utah Olympic Park, just over 2 miles away! Beautiful Main Street in downtown Park City is just a 15 minute drive and SLC international airport is just 30 minutes away.

GUEST ACCESS
Guest have access to the full condo and are provided with a key code for easy entry. Guests are provided access to the building's heated and secure garage, with one assigned parking space. Guests also receive access to the on-site amenities including the clubhouse, pool (seasonal), hot tub, and fitness center.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
In the Kimball Junction area, less than 20 minutes to three amazing ski resorts. Easy walking distance to the outlet mall. Within 1/4 mile of Whole Foods and other dining options. Just around 30 minutes to Salt Lake City International Airport. The Kimball Junction area of Park City has amazing amenities from restaurants, bowling, movies and shopping that you can't even find in downtown Park City. The location is also convenient to Salt Lake City.

Park City is the perfect year-round destination. 468 miles of recreation trails in the Snyderville basin are accessible out your back door from the paved bike/walking path that passes behind the property. Free bus shuttles and transit services via Park City Transit and High Valley Transit to ski areas and downtown PC. Walking distance to Park City (Tanger) Outlets and a short distance to Whole Foods, Walmart and a variety of restaurants.

We would stay here again.
Very nice condo, accurately described in listing. Recently updated interior. Very good floor plan. Very clean. Comfortable king bed. Very quiet location and convenient to Whole Foods, Wal-Mart, Christy Sports, outlets, etc. Garage parking a big plus, but the space is tight; we had a jeep wrangler and it fit ok, but a big suv like a Tahoe or suburban might be difficult. The property manager, Meghan, was very responsive and on top of things. Fireplace was balky but she said it would be replaced. Hot tub is small and in another building. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks skiing at Park City, Deer Valley, etc. Park City has become overcrowded and traffic is an issue but if you get going before 7:45 a.m. you’ll be in the first wave. We would stay here again.

Exceeded expectations
The Crestview, A101 condo exceeded our expectations in every way! It is in a great location right next to the outlets in Kimball Junction. it is also quite close to the Olympic training center, which is well worth a visit. It has a garage spot so that the car stays nice and warm which was great because it snowed the days we were there. The condo is an end unit which makes it a lot more quiet. The unit has a great balcony, although it was too cold for us to spend much time out there. It has a beautiful view of surrounding mountains and nightlights of the town. It was super clean, and very well stocked. In fact, it was stocked with things beyond what you see at most VRBOs. The condo has modern, nice furnishings, and was very comfortable. We cooked in most meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Upon arrival I was stupidly trying to enter the unit through the storage room in the garage and I called the contact person for the unit and she answered on the first ring, and kindly helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again, maybe even in the summer.

Served it’s purpose
Good location. It was difficult parking. I couldn’t fit into the parking garage with my Ford full cab and the outside parking lot was challenging as well as its tight- especially during winter with all the snow. The kitchen wasn’t stocked like I’m used to seeing with VRBO’s. For instance, there was no sugar for coffee. Also, the kitchen sponges were used and stinky. The lotion pump provided in the bathroom was broken. Little things like that… With that said, it is conveniently located near the outlet mall, Redstone shopping and Woodward where we were spending our days.

This beautiful condo was perfect for two couples. Brand new appliances and every amenity you could ask for in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location. Meghan was easy to communicate with and prompt in her responses to our inquiries. Highly recommend this condo!

We Loved It!
The condo was exactly as listed. Lovely and very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and new appliances. Great location for skiing. Communication with the owners was easy & prompt. We would definitely stay there again.
