The stylish, two-story interior comes well-appointed for group and family comfort with two separate living areas and an upstairs bedroom layout for guest privacy. Happy hour entertainment awaits in the rear living area featuring an air hockey table, comfortable seating, and a smart TV. The private hot tub is standing by with the perfect way to start or end each day. Enjoy family movie and game nights in the front living room featuring a plush sectional, smart TV, and puzzles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Almost Perfect

The house was beautiful and the location is hard to beat, especially since you get the golf cart with it. It's just a few minutes to walk to the beach and you just cross one road to get to Dune Allen Public Access, which was clean, beautiful, and protected by a lifeguard, all things that were important to us with two small children. There is plenty of room in the living areas of the house. The kitchen was decently equipped, nothing that would blow you away but enough to get you through a week. The highlight of the home was the back patio with the hot tub. Loved having that for the evenings after a day at the beach. Overall, there were a lot of pros and we would likely stay there again. There were only a few cons: 1. The WiFi was terrible. So bad that we couldn't even watch any movies or shows in the evening on the smart TVs and our phones were struggling to connect and stay connected. 2. The outdoor shower was not working. Water was leaking from the pipes and we couldn't use the shower to clean off after beach trips. Not a massive deal because the showers at Dune Allen were easy to access, but still an inconvenience. 3. Only one King bed. The main suite was spacious and it was great to have the en-suite bathroom. Downside was that we were traveling with another family and one couple had to use the Queen bed. When we're on vacation like that and spending good money, it'd be nice to have two Kings.

Wedding stay

Had a big group of friends stay. All guys. Made a few drunken messes but there were no cleaning supplies. House looked relatively clean but upon close inspection all dishes had grime, rugs and couches had never been swept under, and the bedding was fairly filthy. One friend woke up with pink eye. A few bits of trash (beer cans, wrappers) were also in the backyard patio along with a gross cooler someone left. Overall the house served adequately and we had no problems with any amenities but the cleanliness of the property leaves much to be desired.

Great location, great entertainment

Excellent house! Lots of entertainment for kids and great location to the beach. Love that a golf cart was also included. We had some issues with cleanliness of the hot tub and the floors. The hot tub was fixed the next day, but unfortunately the issue with the floors was not resolved. Overall, a great vacation.

great roomy family house

The house was great. Lots of large rooms to spread out. Beds were cozy and rooms were roomy. Tons of board games for in the game room off the dining room. Oh, and the air hockey table that our 4 year old loved. New grill on the back patio with nice 6 top family table, umbrella and the hot tub worked flawlessly. Golf cart was convenient, and it hauls,👍🏻 buckle up, ha. Huge storage box of beach gear next to the outside shower. House was clean, well decorated. The owners of this place appreciate comfortable furniture. Beach access with bathrooms and showers at the end of the street by stinkys. Not far at all, maybe a few hundred yards. You can walk it but maybe not with a ton of gear. Vacasa was easy to work with. Only have two things for others to take into consideration. 1. As they tell you in the bio, only parking for two cars. For sure no more. 2. The house is tucked in a great location on 30a. Not a ton of places to shoot to get a quick bite to eat. If you’re staying here, you may want I cooking some of your meals or plan on heading to the San Destin, or the Destin Commons area, east side of Destin for restaurants. I low key consider my family particular because we’ve stay so many places and seen so much. We’ve stayed in rental houses 2 to 3 times a year for 8 years or so now, all along the “Emerald Coast”. Great house. 👍🏻
