Cape San Blas is the right destination if you want a relaxing vacation away from all the bustle and noise. Located on the Forgotten Coast of Florida, this area is known for its pristine beaches full of sun, white sand, and beautiful blue water. The Cape is also known for having some of the best fishing in the country!

Great for large groups

House is great for large groups or family. 2 ice machines, multiple refrigerators with plenty of space to store drinks and food. Would stay again.

Multi generational family getaway

This house was perfect for a large family getaway! There were plenty of bedrooms for all. The children loved the bunkrooms and the game room. We spent a lot of time in the pool and swam in the gulf a few times. The kitchen/ living room area was great for family meals. We had a very good relaxing time!

Family beach trip

What a great house! Everyone had their own rooms and private baths. The tens were thrilled with their first floor huge bunk room with pool table and mini kitchen. The pool area with fire pit was a huge hit for all of us. One of the many pluses for us was having the nice boardwalk to wheel our beach chairs and coolers down to the beach. We ended up stacking them at the boardwalk each night so no need to have to haul back and forth each day! The kitchen was huge and had plenty of seating for all. We enjoyed having our dinners each night in the screen porch The elevator is an awesome feature to not only haul up luggage and coolers but our family member who just had hip replacement 3 weeks ago! The furnishings and decor of the house are all top of the line and no Expense spared. Each room Had its own tv however we never used as we spent all of our time outside! If you want dining recommendations the Cat 5 Raw bar for oysters is a must! The White Marlin is sure to Give you a night and meal you won’t soon forget! The gated community is beautiful and makes for a very nice private area for your family. We hope yo be back very soon!

Fantastic for 4 families with teenagers/older kids

House has been designed for large groups. We had 4 families with adults plus kids ranging from 17 - 10. The room situation was perfect with all the couples and the 2 girls able to have a room with king sized beds and their own bathrooms. The teenage boys and our two "littles" spread out in several bunk areas that also sported their own bathrooms. The 1st floor living space was perfect for the kids to hangout (TV, chairs, pool table and quick access to pool) or run upstairs for snacks. The elevator was a little tricky (make sure you shut the inside and fully close doors every time you exit) but wonderful for getting luggage and kitchen supplies to the 2nd and 3rd floors. All bedrooms were comfortable and afforded privacy. Main living area upstairs was open and comfortable, allowed all 15 of us to hang out together. Adults enjoyed the large balcony off the kitchen/living area on the 3rd floor. Everyone spent a good amount of time at the beach. Make sure to wear flip-flops/shoes on boardwalk to beach, it is made of rough-hewn boards (very typical) and we had some splinters/cuts from people that forgot! Pool is nice, we did not really use it much as it stormed part of the time and was pretty cold out (pool is heated). The 10 year-olds braved the cold and burned some well needed energy in it one night. Overall a great set-up for a casual weekend/week at the beach for large groups that like to be together and also want different gathering options. Communication with manager/owner was clear and several solutions offered by for issues. We would highly recommend and stay here again.
