Enjoy your day lounging about the sandy shores, or participating in fun rentals and excursions like parasailing, paddleboarding, surfing, deep-sea fishing, and every other waterfront activity imaginable. If you want to stay close to home base, there's a glittering pool with a new pool heater for all to enjoy (from the end of April through mid-October), as well as a new relaxing hot tub.

Upon entry to this three-story beach house, you'll be met with an interior flooded with natural light, thanks to the abundance of windows, to showcase the incredible views. Make yourself at home by settling on the plush furniture, curling up by the fireplace with a good book, or streaming a movie on the large TV in the living area or in the brand-new home theater. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers and stove tops, and a floating island breakfast bar. With eight beds (four of which have new mattresses), there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, which boasts a TV for private viewing, a dedicated workspace, private access to the balcony, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Find comfort and fun in the ground floor game room, which boasts another fireplace, another TV, a pool table, and access out to the patio and pool area. Experience both spectacular oceanside sunrises and fabulous sunsets over the trees with balconies that face both directions, enabling you to sip on your coffee or favorite drink while witnessing an unforgettable moment.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 80 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.



Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
