Family Friendly 3 Bedroom in the Quiet NE Heights!

Note for summer bookings: This property has evaporative cooling (swamp cooling) which means the upstairs can only cool about 15 degrees cooler than outside. If you intend to be in the bedroom area during the hottest parts of the day, this could be a problem for you that we want to be up front about!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near an elementary school and park. Behind the house, you will see a bike trail runs along the arroyo, perfect for a relaxing walk or run without having to deal with vehicle traffic. Within walking distance you will find Blake's Lotaburger, Bosque Brewing, a vegetarian cafe and a bakery. Tailheads up the mountain are only 3 miles from the house.
The space.
The split-level house features a den on the bottom level and a sitting room on the mid-level. The mid-level kitchen and dining area can see into both the den and the sitting area allowing for a social atmosphere while a meal is being prepared, or to keep an eye on young children.

The master suite includes a King-size Casper bed, a private balcony with a view of the Sandia mountains, and a 49" Smart TV.

The Queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom is also a Casper.

The pull-out bed in the 3rd bedroom can be reconfigured for two separate adults, pushed together to form an additional "king-size" bed, or left on the floor for younger children. An additional crib mattress is also available for toddlers.

The back yard patio has seating for 6, with 2 additional folding chairs available.

The 1.5 car garage can fit one compact vehicle, with driveway space for up to two more compact vehicles or one larger vehicle.

The den has a 55" TV with HD Roku for you to log into your streaming accounts. There is also a desk work station with a large HDMI monitor for you to plug your laptop into. Toys and books are available for small children.

Other things to note
For Babies: There are 2 Pack-N-Plays available. We also have a (disassembled) full-size crib and bedside bassinet that can be assembled prior to your stay for a small fee. The mattress for the crib is located under the Queen bed and can be used as a floor bed for a toddler.

If you have small children, please inspect the house upon arrival and note safety considerations such as the tile stairs. One baby gate is available.

We may be able to accommodate additional requests for baby items - just ask! Note: We do not have a high chair at this time.
