If you're here for tourism, then you've chosen the perfect location-it's a quick 10-minute (or less) drive to basically every other tourist destination in St. Louis: Soulard (Anheuser-Busch Brewery, historic district, dining/nightlife), Lafayette Square (historic district), Downtown (the arch/Laclede's landing, Busch Stadium, the Scottrade center, dining/nightlife), the Central West End (Cathedral Basilica, Forest Park, World Chess Hall of Fame, dining/nightlife), the Grove (dining/nightlife), the Hill (historic district, Italian dining), the Loop (historic district, dining/nightlife).

The cozy bedroom overlooks the fenced backyard and features hardwood floors, a comfortable high-end queen bed with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets, mid-century modern dresser, a full-length mirror, and a closet. The bedroom features a gorgeous 3-panel painting of Van Gogh's "Irises".

The full kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and Edison lighting over exposed brick walls. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

The living room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, bright windows, a large closet, and a stylish sofa. Should you require an additional bed, the sofa sleeper converts to full-size bed by moving the ottoman over to form a rectangular platform and applying linens (provided on request). The living room is also equipped with a 50" flat screen, 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

The gorgeous dining room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, decorative lighting, and a large polished wood dining room table with four leather chairs. The artwork is Van Gogh's "Cafe Terrace at Night".

The newly remodeled bathroom features tiled walls with premium stainless fixtures and granite countertops. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary, high-quality, all-natural artisan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Beekman 1802. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels for your stay.

This apartment includes the use of a private storage facility with full-size washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent and other supplies free of charge.

Unlike most other hosts, corporate housing is our specialty. We prepare our homes not just to handle the needs of guests staying a few days, but for guests staying for months or years. Not only are our homes better equipped for your needs, our long-term rates are among the most competitive available. Guests staying longer than 31 days will not be required to pay sales tax (saving an additional 17%), and will receive huge discounts on add-on services like pets and parking.

There is usually ample free parking right in front of the building on Roger Place.

✓ Pets

Bringing your furry friends? We're dog friendly! Our pet fee is $15 per night, per dog ($30 minimum). We allow up to 3 dogs with a weight limit of 60 lbs per pup. Pet fees are paid separately after booking, and we offer discounts for guests staying longer than a week! Just let us know the number of companions you'll be bringing with you when you checkout and we'll get you set up!

✓ House Rules

Most of our guests are incredibly respectful and kind, but occasionally we have guests who treat our home, our cleaners, and/or our neighbors with disrespect. We require all guests to agree to a simple list of reasonable house rules and to pay any associated fines in the event of violation of these rules. Please familiarize yourself with these rules by scrolling down to "Things to Know" and clicking "Show All" under "House Rules".

✓ Cancellations+Alterations

For short-term bookings we issue a full refund for cancellations received within 48h of booking as long as the check-in date is at least 14 nights out, and a 50% refund for cancellations received within 48h of booking if the check-in date is at least 7 nights out.

For long-term bookings (28+ nights), if you cancelled before the check-in date, you would pay for the 1st 30 days of the booking, and if after, you would pay for the subsequent 30 days from your new check-out date.

The same policies also apply to alterations, with the amount of the refund being applied to the new dates. If the alteration just extends an existing reservation while retaining the original dates, there are no cancellation fees – you just pay for the nights you’re adding

We sometimes receive requests for additional refunds beyond those already offered. We understand that there are many valid reasons for needing to cancel or alter a reservation, so rather than acting as a kind of judge for the validity of each case (and in fairness to our guests who do not ask for special treatment) we highlight and clearly explain the terms of our cancellation policy here to make sure it’s understood upfront and do not offer policy exceptions for any reason.
