As you approach the property, a charming white picket fence greets you, immediately setting the tone for your idyllic coastal retreat. The sun-kissed facade of the home harkens to a simpler time, while the carefully cultivated tropical accents in the front yard hint at the resplendent retreat that awaits you within.

Step inside and be welcomed by the inviting open-plan layout, meticulously redesigned to marry function and style. At the heart of this abode is the unique kitchen. Here, under a constellation of bespoke lighting, the granite countertops gleam against the backdrop of high-end stainless steel appliances. A custom coffee and wine bar beckons you to unwind with your favorite drink, while the stylish cabinets are fully stocked with all the culinary tools you need to create memorable meals.

The adjoining living area is bathed in the brilliant Florida sunshine that pours in through the large windows, complementing the bright chic decor and luxury accents. The subtle coastal theme is tastefully balanced with contemporary comforts, creating a serene and rejuvenating ambiance.

This charming home features three bedrooms, each boasting plush luxury mattresses that promise restful slumber. Each room is a tranquil retreat, exuding warmth and comfort. Off two of these suites, you will find screened patios with private seating. Here, you can immerse yourself in the golden glow of the setting sun or awaken to the soft rustle of the morning breeze.

The house comprises two bathrooms, both exquisitely updated with custom tile work. The design, reminiscent of the ebbing tides of the nearby beach, lends a natural elegance that soothes the senses.

Venture outside to the private backyard, where a seasonally heated pool awaits. The pool deck, resplendent with comfortable loungers and vibrant tropical plants, is an oasis of tranquility. An outdoor shower adds a touch of luxury while a fully fenced yard ensures privacy as you soak up the sun or indulge in an evening of alfresco dining.

Beyond the house, a five-minute stroll takes you to sandy shores bathed in Florida's radiant sunshine. Here, your beach adventure is made easy with baby essentials thoughtfully provided for your convenience. You could also rent bikes for a scenic ride along the iconic 30A route, just five minutes away, by renting bikes through our vendor!

But the allure of Blue Lagoon extends beyond its walls. Ten minutes away, you'll find the lively Pier Park and a dog-friendly beach, while the home itself is pet-friendly. With high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout, it's the perfect spot for a tranquil work-from-home setting or a romantic coastal getaway.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $25 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

There is 1 owners closet in the home that is off limits. We have a sign on this doors and it is locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

No parties/events allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No outside guests allowed.

All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat.

Pool heater is electric and only capable of heating 20F above ambient temperature. Therefore, if forecasted average temperature during your stay is under 64F, pool heater may not function. Pool heat fee will be refunded if this is the case.

Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**

**HOT TUB:
Hot tub is only available from September 1 - April 30. Hot tub is NOT available from May 1 - August 31.
Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee.

Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
