The Space:
Welcome to your seaside escape! This thoughtfully curated one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers stunning panoramic ocean views, inviting you to unwind amidst the soothing symphony of crashing waves. Immerse yourself in a serene atmosphere meticulously crafted to be your personal beachfront sanctuary, a haven from the bustling city rhythm.

Nestled directly off the iconic PCH, this haven provides direct beach access while remaining conveniently close to local shopping and dining hotspots. Every corner of this abode is designed to embrace the coastal lifestyle, ensuring you relish the tranquil ocean sounds from every angle.

The main living space and kitchen beckon with gentle ocean breezes and a front-row seat to California's mesmerizing sunsets. A fully equipped kitchen and a beautifully appointed bathroom complement the experience, while the outdoor dining deck sets the stage for alfresco moments. Feel the allure of the ocean beckoning as you contemplate diving into the waves just steps away, or stay cozy enjoying the views from the comfort of your patio.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo and the tandem carport driveway to park directly off of PCH. There will be no one else on the property, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

The Neighborhood:
15 minutes of the Santa Monica Pier to the East and 5 minutes away from Malibu pier to the West! Popular local restaurants include Nobu Malibu, Moonshadows, Mastro's Steakhouse and Ocean Club, Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, Duke's, Geoffrey's, Malibu Farm Pier Cafe, Mr. Chow Malibu, Rosenthal Malibu Winery Estate and Beach Bar and Cafe at the Getty Villa. Close to Malibu Winery, Escondido Water Falls and The Grotto Water Falls.

Getting Around:
While visiting Southern California, having a car is the preferred mode of transportation for most, considering the wealth of unique attractions within a two-hour radius of this home. For the adventurous explorer, a car is highly recommended to fully appreciate the diverse experiences the area offers. However, if you're inclined to arrive and seamlessly unwind at the house during your vacation, rest assured that Uber and Lyft services are readily available for convenient and hassle-free local transportation in Los Angeles.

Other Things to Note:
The living room couch converts into a double sleeper sofa. Dimensions: Width: 75" / Depth: 54" / Height: 31". This is a one-bedroom apartment so please be advised the sleeper sofa is located in the living room and not a separate, private space.

Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short-term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

Instant Book is turned off for all of our homes at Open Air Homes. This is a conscious decision in order to be a positive change for the short term rental industry, We encourage guests to send us a respectful note and provide us a little bit of background about your group before booking, and then we will take this to the owner for approval. We believe that mutual respect is key to ensuring that this industry can thrive. Open Air Homes strives to complete bookings in less than 4 business hours, so feel free to enquire and we will be in touch right away.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

I was talking with my friend few months back, that I would love to stay in a place where the waves are coming all the way to the property. With some coincidence I decided to look what is available in Malibu few times, and one day this property showed as available. It was what I wanted, waves all day and night, property is very private, no traffic on the beach. The view is just magnificent, peaceful ocean all around. The apartment itself is newly updated with great design, we used the fully functional kitchen for breakfast. Access to the beach is a bonus. If you lucky you can see dolphins from the balcony. My daughter slept on the couch (converting to like a queen bed) in the living room, and she was happy with it, falling asleep with waves. We really enjoyed our stay. Management is very helpful, providing all needed info and some area recommendations, fast to respond, the whole check in and out process was a breeze.

The best ocean front property I have ever stayed at!
Loved the unit and having high tide breaking under the house! We enjoyed the sound of the sea our whole visit! Very comfortable for 2 people! Had every thing we needed to make our stay a relaxing vacation! We will be back again!
