This lower-level suite is overlooking Lake Windermere and the Rocky Mountains, you really can't find a better location! A perfect place to rest your head after a day of snowboarding, swimming, hiking or pub crawling.

Sleeps 11 guests and comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, includes a 55" Roku TV & wood burning fireplace perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie after a long day of adventuring. Also has a shared fire pit in the garden lounge area out back.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire lower-level suite, back yard and BBQ outside the front door.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Canadian Rockies and situated alongside Lake Windermere, one of the warmest bodies of water in the Kootenay valley, is the town of Invermere where life is all about afternoons at the beach, boating on the lake, exploring art galleries and downtown shops. As well, golfing, fishing for trout and hiking to the Lake of the Hanging Glaciers which takes you through lush forests, up steep switchbacks, past several awesome waterfalls and into alpine meadows is an amazing day trip although best left for the avid hiker. Easier trails also provide spectacular views. West of Invermere, in the heart of the Purcell Mountains, is Panorama Mountain Village where the focus is on adventure throughout the summer and winter.

Getting Around:
Most amenities are within walking distance however a vehicle is recommended if you would like to explore more of Invermere and surrounding areas.

Other Things to Note:
You'll have access to the ENTIRE LOWER SUITE OR BASEMENT with some shared spaces such as the backyard, parking, and garden lounge area. Please note there is another SUITE in the upper suite. These are two separate suites, completely sectioned off, and with separate entrances.
