Summary:
If you are planning a family or large group vacation this is the ideal accommodation for you! This is a very big and central house, you will have access to the entire upper floor. We offer impeccable cleaning, amenities and services to have a comfortable stay while you enjoy Cancun and its activities.

The Space:
The upper floor is distributed like this:

-Main room: a king size bed, a queen size bed and very comfortable hammocks to rest.
-Second bedroom: a queen size bed, a single bed and a hammock.
-Third bedroom: a queen size bed.

All rooms have Smart TV, air conditioning and fans, very useful for the weather in Cancun.

We have a very spacious patio with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your food, a living room, parking and a sound system. Our property is very special because you will feel at home and upon request we can help you with services such as transportation to and from the airport, transportation for shopping or activities and meal cooking at a very affordable price. We are also just two blocks from transportation to the Cancun Hotel Zone where you will find endless activities to enjoy on your vacation. We are happy to accept additional guests at a cost of 250 MXN.

There is a special room for disabled guests on the first floor

Very disappointing

The listing did not show the front of the house. We tought maybe the inside was better . It wasn't the case. The floor was dirty, the house in general dusty, the fridge very sticky on the outside, the inside had leftover food. Very old appliances and not throughly cleaned. The house was extremely hot, the A/C units and the fans where turned off and it took a long time to get comfortable. But more than anything what bothered us more was that there where 2 rooms locked up, with no explanation, there where shoes and clothes in the closets, bed bugs in one of the beds. It looked like somebody lives there. It'sa very old house and not mantained well. Also, I stepped on a roach in the middle of the kitchen. The neighborhood seemed unsafe. We heard sirens and people screaming thought the night. In general it was a very unpleasant experience. We trusted that the property was managed by an established company, so we don't understand how that property was approved to be listed through Vrbo. I hope that you review the expectations and procedures to approve a property to be listed with your name on it. Just days before we rented another house with Vrbo in Playa del Carmen, Qro.and we had a very pleasant stay.
