*This is a residential property governed by a private corporation.
*This property is governed by approved House Rules & Regulations enforced for the common good of the owners and residents of the property.
*All guests should respect the house rules of the condominium corporation.
*The common area of the property is equipped with CCTV cameras.
*Laundry drying equipment or clothesline, whether permanent or temporary, which is visible from the exterior of the property is not allowed.
*Pets are not allowed inside the property.
*Authorized guests with pool coupons provided by the Unit Owner or Host may be allowed to use the swimming pool/s. Otherwise, a corresponding fee of Php 150.00/guest/day (VAT Inclusive) for regular days and Php300/guest/day (VAT inclusive) during holidays should be paid prior to the use of the facility.
*Only the host and authorized person are allowed to purchase the pool voucher. Please inform me in advance if you want to avail of the pool voucher.

Please help me to maintain the affordable rate in the market. I cannot pay personnel to meet and assist you during check-in and check-out. You will check in and out by yourself.
We require a 1,000 security deposit cash or via Gcash for the keys and access card and refundable within the day of check out.
Please understand that I cannot send someone to give you the refund upon check-out. Instead, I will send the refund via the Gcash app within that day after my cleaner and personnel will check the place and if the security found no violation.
Please bring your own personal essentials such as a toothbrush, soap, and shampoo
I encourage you to avail pool voucher in advance. Only the host and authorized caretaker are allowed to buy the pool voucher available until 6:00 PM only.

*Is early check-in/late check-out possible?
-Early check-in (as early as 12nn) is possible if there will be no guests checking out the day you’re checking in but with a fee of 1,500. Late check-out is also possible if there will be no guests checking in the day you’re checking out but for a fee of 200/hr after check-out time (which is 11 am)
•Is parking free?
-Unfortunately, no. There’s only pay parking for 300pesos from 12midnight to 6:00 am and 50pesos per hour after 6:00 am. I can suggest nearby parking within walking distance for a much lesser rate.
•Can we add an extra person?
-Yes, for a fee. There’s a charge of Php500/n for each extra person.
PRE-CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
All guests are required to submit all the names staying in the room. A Guest Authorisation Form signed by the host or unit owner shall be submitted to the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICE.
Please provide all the necessary details at least 24 hours before your arrival. The property requires these for security reasons.
After successfully checking in, you may obtain the door key and help yourself to check-in.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
