Start the day on the shady lanai with a cup of coffee and a refreshing swim in the pool under the Mickey Mouse topiaries. Inside, you’ll find a sleek space, with stylish furnishings, fixtures, and decor. The open plan is ideal for reconnecting with family and friends and combines the living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The chef will love the stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, and your friends will love perching on the kitchen island barstools to chat. Grab a bite together at the adjacent table, or step outside to dine alfresco.

After a day at the parks, unwind at home in the central AC while playing foosball or Ping-Pong in the game room. The adults can stream the latest release downstairs while others catch a good ballgame in the second living room upstairs. Each bedroom has a TV as well, so everyone will find something to watch. Remote workers will appreciate the free WiFi and dedicated desk area. End the night as you began the day, back out on the lanai - but this time, toasting your good luck at booking such a perfect family getaway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home in great location

The home was beautiful in a great location . Designed very nicely and great for the family. With a little bit more attention to detail and working WiFi , this home would be a 5 star .

Tournament in Orlando

While this home has a nice layout for families, it is not well maintained by the property management company. Upon arrival, the smoke detectors were going off, there were no bath mats in any bathroom and only two towels per bathroom. We reached out to Vacasa through the text services and stated they would send someone out for repair and bring the extra linen the next day. However no one ever came during our entire stay. We purchased batteries for the detectors and had to use the pool towels for bathrooms. The irrigation out front was busted and ran during our entire stay, the toilet upstairs in the master didn’t work properly and the water filtration system is an issue. There is an odor that needs to be addressed. The pool area could also use a good cleaning prior to arrival. This home has so much potential to be great, and has a nice layout, it just doesn’t feel there is attention to detail or well maintained by the property management company.

House is Wonderful, Host Was Not

The house was clean, check in process so easy. We loved our vacation and the house setup itself. Please Be Careful....the Resort with the water slides that is included in the pictures is not included with the stay. Vacasa and Encore Resorts seem to have a dispute between them. Encore was going to report Vacasa, the host, to Vrbo for posting pictures of the resort that is not included. There is no day pass, nothing. So disappointing. We contacted Vacasa and Joel from the company came to house and said we would be compensated and would be given tickets to a different water park. He said it was their fault for not putting "coming soon" on the resort facilities availability. 24 hours later I contacted them, and they simply said the resort facilities are not included and we would not be compensated. Needless to say our kids were very disappointed and we felt like we had been had on our family vacation. ☹️ Not great. Other items, wifi was super spotty, the paper products provided were like sandpaper (cheapest possible), and the house does not have a water filtration so the water smelled terrible. Showers were rough and we opted to brush our teeth with bottled water. The pool was nice, the skimmer had a huge hole in it...not useful. The other thing that took time to figure out was the alarm on the slider to the pool. We figured out the sensors but there was no instructions provided. It was so annoying. Vacasa was dishonest and resort seemed practiced at handling the resort lie.

Holiday vaca

The house is amazing. Just enough space for our family gathering. We definitely enjoyed our time here. The house had everything you can think of plates, glasses, utensils, and bakeware, and different appliances. Very well equipped. Would definitely rent again!
