This property is located in a quiet residential area. Clean and roomy home centrally located near shopping areas, restaurants and lakes.
Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds, 2 twin size beds and 1 queen air mattress (air mattress only available when reservation is more than 8)
Each bedroom has its own smart TV.
Master bedroom has hot tub and 2 walk in closets.
A furnished patio available for gathering.
The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with toaster, blender, coffee maker, glasses, mugs, dishes and silverware.

Please Note: The backyard propane gas grill can be use upon request. A propane gas tank will be provided and a $80 fee must be paid prior to check-in. This fee includes the propane gas tank and a cleaning fee. Guests aren't allowed to bring their own propane gas tank because of a safety hazard.

For guests with new profiles without reviews, we do require a $400 refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed.
This refundable security deposit will be refounded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items or damages to our property after your stay)
