This newly decorated unit located on the 11th floor, offers everything you could need to make your stay at Sea Chase as relaxing and memorable as possible. Master Bedroom has a King bed with custom bedspread and drapes, matching dresser and nightstands along with a flat screen TV. There is a fantastic view of the gulf from the large floor to ceiling bedroom window.

The master bath has whirlpool tub, large tile shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. Bedroom two has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand and a flat screen TV. Bathroom two is a full bath with a tiled shower tub combination. Bedroom three has two twin beds The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen aid appliances. Everything you could possibly need to cook, prepare and serve meals is supplied for you. Adjoining the kitchen is a large pantry / laundry room fully equipped with new kitchen aid washer and dryer.

The dining area is separated from the kitchen by bar counter serving area. There is a wet bar with ice maker located in dining area. The living area has an open layout adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. The area has seating for 6 to 8 and is equipped with a large TV, DVD player and Stereo for you enjoyment. There is a great gulf view from the living area and access to a large balcony which provides a spectacular view of beach and one of the five swimming pools.

The Sea Chase offers all that is needed to provide a great stay for the entire family. The complex is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, drug stores as well as dinning and all types of entertainment. There are 5 swimming pools, heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, tennis court and a fully equipped exercise room with a view of the gulf. The complex provides easy and convenient beach access from the pool area.

Spring Rest and Rejuvenate

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice - had just been remodeled to a certain extent. We enjoyed our stay very much. We always stay at Sea Chase and just love the property. My only recommendation is to reno the master shower. There was extensive mold and the rest of the bath had been remodeled and was pretty. The other bath had been reglazed so don't know if that is an option for the master. My husband and I would stay in this unit again.

Pretty Near Perfection!

We loved this condo! Stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need. We loved the location, the beds were comfortable, the living area was spacious, and the view spectacular. The condo is very tastefully decorated, and there are charging ports in all the lamps, which is so convenient. The elevators are super fast and we didn’t have to wait for one our entire stay. The hot tubs are amazing and having 3 large ones on property was nice. The indoor pool was a nice option when it was chilly outside. The beach wasn’t crowded and we had plenty of room to ourselves. We loved using the pickle ball courts… they were even lighted at night! Parking was simple and close. And we felt safe… the complex has 24/7 security, monitoring all who comes and goes. Literally only a few very minor things we would change about this condo. The closet doors got stuck and were difficult to slide open and closed. The master ceiling fan was noisy. The master shower was moldy in the cracks. And the water heater wasn’t big enough for all of us to shower with hot water. Other than these few things, our stay was just about perfect and we would definitely choose it again!

Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was well kept, beautiful views, and spacious living and bed rooms. One of the best we’ve stayed in. They were responsive and very timely in meeting our needs and requests. The best thing was the beach was overly crowded everywhere else but in front of these condos it was like a different world. Not too crowded and very respectful tenants. We normally stay in Watercolor so this was our first title in OB in years. Pull the trigger and stay here. Worth it!
