The amenity is operated on the "honors system," that is, if used, we ask that a small donation be made so we can replenish washing/drying supplies.

GUEST ACCESS
- You will have access to the entire house, outdoor deck, and street parking. Nothing to share; complete privacy.
- Upon confirmed booking, a personalized Access Code will be provided.
- There is on-street parking in front of bungalow.
- RV/Boat/Trailer Parking: Please contact for availability, space sizes, and fees.
- Owner lives locally.
- Please note, entrance into the home is accessible via 4 steps and a landing.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
- ABSOLUTELY no smoking is allowed anywhere on premises. This is strictly enforced. If this policy is violated, you will be fined $500.00 and cleaning fees may be applied.
- A $500.00 Pet Fee will be applied at time of booking. (Non-refundable)
