The Space:
Welcome to the historic Crescent Estate! This former Bed and Breakfast has been transformed into a delightful haven for your travels with family, friends, and colleagues. Experience the charm of spacious rooms, electric fireplaces in most, and ensuite bathrooms in many rooms. Regardless of the season, you'll find plenty to enjoy. Unwind with some friendly competition around the pool or foosball table, try your hand at putt-putt golf in the backyard, relax in the hot tub, and find ample space to retreat at the end of an exciting day.

LIVING ROOMS
On the main floor, snuggle up with a blanket in the living room for a movie night or showcase your pool skills around the pool table. On the 3rd floor, unwind in the second living room, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows. For additional guests, a comfortable memory foam Queen pull-out sofa bed is available in this living room. It's just steps away from the second kitchen and 3rd story balcony. The memories made here will be nothing short of a good time!

KITCHENS
On the main floor, savor the pleasures of a large, well-equipped kitchen for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Stocked with pots, pans, spices, wine glasses, bakeware, and more! Brew a fresh cup or pot of coffee anytime with the Keurig and drip coffee system. Creamer is available in the fridge, and sugar is on the counter. On the third floor, enjoy the convenience of another fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, range, dishwasher, Keurig, and all the essentials!

KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES
For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable.

Guest Access:
Enjoy the entire property during your stay! You will have access to both units in the building to include 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, laundry room, backyard with a hot tub, putt putt golf, BBQ grill, and the 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms!

The Neighborhood:
Right in the heart of downtown, you are able to easily walk a few blocks and get to all the restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping along N Tejon!

Getting Around:
Just one street over and you're on N Tejon! While everything is close enough to walk to in downtown, there are also scooters all around downtown that you're able to reserve/pay for via an app and ride around making it that much more fun staying here!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
