Jenny's Cove (named in honor and remembrance of my twin Jenny), direct oceanfront one of a kind uniquely designed for my Grandsons. Small family of four, grandparents and their grandchildren. It is a large spacious one bedroom with alcove (surfer's den) one bath and two vanity areas, with balcony overlooking ocean, intracoastal, Ponce Inlet and Smyrna Dunes Park. I NOW HAVE WI-FI FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE THERE IS NO PHONE IN THE UNIT SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE . This sixth floor unit is located at the prestigious Inlet Condominiums, part of the luxurious Minorca Community. 38 acre resort-like complex features heated pools, tennis courts, clubhouse, boardwalks, exercise room, beach and river pavilions, sauna, whirlpools, barbeque grills, and much more. Adjacent to 220 acre Smyrna Dunes Park. Other amenities includes: newly completely renovated with tile floor throughout unit, all new furnishings, and the designed surfer's cove with bunk, trundle bed, storage baskets, TV/DVD area especially designed for 'Little Surfer's.' Can be partitioned off with drapes for privacy for their own little area. This space was designed for my grandchildren when they were little. They are now the size of grown men but they still love this space!! The whole place is magical, and one of a kind. Beautiful Place

Very clean and well stocked property Wit h the best view. All amenities were more than expected. This is a 1st class vacation rental with everything you could want.

Jenny's Cove

My husband and I felt the pictures weren't as good as the actual place. The Condo was very nice, clean, and beachy, and we especially loved the ease of using TVs with an extra plus for being able to do your laundry when needed. It was nice to have use of the underground parking spot and elevators There were shopping carts available to take your laundry or groceries up :) The absolute best was the very large patio/veranda which we used daily. The view was unbelievable! The owner treated you like a member of her family. We lacked for nothing while staying there We hope to return again LOVED being right there at Smryna Dunes part for great walks and views of the jetty, lighthouse, beach, and skyline of Daytona. I also saw LOTS of turtles. The facilities, pools, tennis court were all in great shape. Thank you Anni

me anni hutto worked my whole life as a Clinical Mircobiologist, infection control specialist started off at scott airforce base in Illinois, then moved to orlando florida in 1966 found an ole fish camp cottage house on lake jenny jewel after living there with my family have two grown sons and 4 magnificent grandsons still live there been 54 or so years/ i transferred to orlando airforce base then it became navy base in 1968 stayed there worked there till navy decomissioned in 1995 and the Va came in stayed there till retirement 2015 now i go from orlando to my creek places in mountains in hayesville nc now that is truly my happy place with just me and my best 4 legged friend named willie so there you have it folks my whole life till now .

found this property when sons were 15 and 12 my oldest son found it when he was cutting school to go surfing at nsb when i thought he was at a very exclusive high school getting an education anyway he told us we saw it bought it 1986 been there every since i mean where can u find that view anywhere on the entire east coast!!! so still have it seem lots of changes there but im still holding on. anything is for sell for the right price ....nope havent found one yet

my place is uniquely designed becasue i did it myself in 2007 renovated it to take out large hall closet and put in bunk and trundle beds for my then 4 and 6 year old grandsons now neither one will fit on the twin bed s but it was designed for them so they would have their own space they named it memaw's beach house with the surfer's den still known to this day its the only one bedroom with this unique design also has door on bedroom two vanitiy areas and large built in linen closet with lots of towels for bath and beach . and it has large washer dryer in bath closet.
