Chill Getaway 1+1 w Sea view + Garden+KingSize Bed

Urla is a charming coastal town, just 30 min to İzmir. Famous for its vineyards, and beautiful beaches, and one of the important stops of gastro tourism. The house is in the north of the Urla, facing the sea. It's located on the ground floor of a triplex villa in nature with a garden. It is a 1+1 house with its own full kitchen and bathroom and with a private garden. I and my wife live on the upper floor of the villa. We have a separate garden at the backside.
The space
The villa has a separate entrance. The garden is reserved for the use of our guests. The house is suitable for couples of all ages who need privacy in a comfortable environment.

The kitchen is full-equipped, with a big fridge freezer with a water dispenser and ice maker connected to the filter water system. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, and all kinds of utensils in the kitchen.

There is a new and regularly maintained filter system for drinking water at home. You do not need to buy drinking water.

There is a comfortable big armchair in the living room where one or two people can sleep. It is also available in a high-quality folding single bed. So 4 people could stay with comfort.

55 inch 4K Smart TV with wifi connection with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Blutv with their membership.

The bedroom has a brand new high end-king size bed to sleep comfortably in. You can lie on your bed and watch the beautiful sea view.

In the bathroom, we provide basic necessities such as a hairdryer, toilet paper, soap, shampoo.
Guest access
You can use household items and feel like at your own place. You'll have the whole place so you can enjoy the flat with your family or friends.

We pay special attention to the privacy of our guests

The house is located on a tree-covered hill on the right side of the valley, in a quiet neighborhood. The air is very clean and fresh. Especially the spring months are the perfect time to go for a walk in the forest, which is five minutes from the house behind the valley. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes, which you can see from the house. There are also many different beaches at different distances in the area.

You can go to Urla's popular restaurants, cafes and bars also many vineyards within a 15-minute drive. We will gladly make delicious suggestions about it.
It is an accommodation you can choose for a nice holiday with plenty of activities or relax, depending on your preference.
Other things to note
Basic good behavior: respect the residence and the neighbors, and no excessive noise:)

Only guests who have been notified to the host can be present in the house. Not suitable for partying!

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. But the house has a big garden in it so you can smoke there if you smoking.
