As you enter on the main level, the open concept design welcomes you with plenty of natural lighting. Relax on the leather sectional as you watch a movie or tv show on the mounted smart tv. The brick fireplace fills the room with warmth and creates a cozy and romantic setting for those intimate getaways. Back deck access can also be found through the sliding glass doors in the living room.

 A gourmet kitchen waits a few steps away, to provide everything you need for a meal at home. With all modern stainless steel appliances and double islands, this kitchen will exceed all expectations. With a seven burner stove, double ovens, exceedingly large double door fridge and two farmhouse style sinks, exquisite meals can be created from the comfort of your home. Seating for three can be found at one of the kitchen islands while additional seating for ten is provided at the dining room table, making it easy for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Just off the kitchen, a theater room can be found with nine leather reclining chairs.

Completing the main level you’ll find a full size laundry room and two of the eight bedrooms. Both bedrooms provide plush king size beds. The first room is a master suite giving you an attached master bathroom with a large granite tiled walked in shower. Store your drinks in the mini fridge with an attached sink offered in this room. A mounted smart tv can also be found in this room. The second room also provides a mounted smart tv and large open windows for views of the surrounding scenery.

Four more bedrooms can be found on the second floor all providing king size beds and attached bathrooms as well. One of these bedrooms is the largest master suite this home provides. A seating area, kitchenette with sink and Keurig can all be found in this room. This master suite’s bathroom is the definition of luxury. From the flooring to the walls, granite tile gives this bathroom a sleek and prestigious feel. Take advantage of the double vanity sinks and enormous walk in shower with double shower heads. A soaking tub can also be found in this bathroom for those nights you need a little extra rest and relaxation.

The third level provides another living room, complete with two leather sofa couches, mounted flatscreen tv, gas ceramic log fireplace and shuffleboard table. A kitchenette gives you convenience with a mini fridge, Keurig, sink and lots of storage space. Mix up your favorite drinks and play a game of poker at the poker table. A shuffleboard table also provides hours of enteretainment for you and your guests. The remaining two bedrooms can be found on this level. One bedroom provides two queen beds while the other offers a fun twin over twin bunk bed and another two queen size beds.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
