6. No street or sidewalk parking is permitted in the neighborhood. The home has a driveway that may fit three cars (some have fit four small cars). Any additional parking necessary might be found a short walk down the street (outside of the neighborhood).

Due to the fact that we are in a residential neighborhood surrounded by families and other guests, please honor our community as well our my home. Please keep the noise down after 10:00 p.m.

8. Please be aware that we do not function as a "hotel". We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
