Nestled in The Great Smokey Mountains of Western North Carolina, at the base of Our Private Mountain, on Big Ivy River, is this an amazing, newly renovated house, and unforgettable getaway spot waiting for you and your friends or family to make unforgettable memories!

*Just Unplug and Watch the birds out the window or along the trails as you explore the farm!

*There are blackout curtains to come and nap before you have cocktails on the porch, relaxing to the sound of the creek, or go for a special dinner.

* Your Pets are also Welcome on a Case-by-Case basis. (small nightly fee depending on your pet)

The house is fully stocked with blankets, sheets, pillows, towels...even Xtra large towels if you want to go swimming in the creek, or relax in the hot tub!

The house is furnished with Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner, Dove Body Wash! There are dishes, glasses, silverware....full set of pots, pans, cooking utensils, and baking sheets....some spices are also available for you to use! There's a gas grill if you're an outdoor type of cook.

There is a dishwasher in the house....a washer and dryer are coming soon?

+Horseback riding is also available for all age riders 20mi down the road on a 550 acre farm at Smokey Mountain Trail Rides offering 1 - 2 or 3 hour rides.

*Fishing in Big Ivy Creek - Explore the creek and try your hand at catching our Native & Stocked Brown and Rainbow Trout!

*Campfire - In a special spot on the farm, surrounded by water and a waterfalls - Cook S'mores or hotdogs on your private fire right on Big Ivy Creek! Memories with your family and friends will be cherished forever

*Take a relaxing walk to Community Center playground, swing set, basketball courts and more!

*Enjoy the Absolutely Gorgeous Mountain Views!

*Waterfall -2.2 mi. drive to National forest entrance from there a lovely drive up to the top (about 30 min), then walk down and enjoy Douglas Falls waterfalls! (about 15 min)

Have a picnic and watch the wild deer, bunnies, birds, hummingbirds, squirrel and even the occasional groundhog!

Just enjoy the quiet, endless, ever changing beauty surrounding your cabin! Truly here Is Mother Nature Undisturbed!

Then Relax all your activity aches away, under the stars, in the hot tub, in total Privacy, behind your cabin!

Part of the Main driveway. This is a 60+ acre farm and some of the hiking trails may be shared with guests from another house located on the farm.

This is a truly amazing place to stay! These pictures do not give this place justice!
Here, nestled at the bottom of this private mountain is a little piece of heaven on earth!
All of our guests that have stayed on this farm, in the other house, (thru another rental service) have had nothing but great things to say!

I love spending quality time with my family relaxing on this amazing farm.
We enjoy walking either side (privately owned) of Big Ivy Creek. We take advantage of the fishing, picnicking, riding horses, hikes up the mountain, having a bonfire, or just standing on the bridge listening to the water roll by.

This is a family owned horse farm and we love all animals. We have horses, mini goats, dogs, cats, bunnies, and chickens! Every day, looking out at the horses in the pasture, amazed at the view of the beautiful mountains, we know this is a true slice of heaven!

Hike, explore and enjoy our Private mountain. Perfect for Hiking to the very top - Amazing Views and Anyone can go it's a little challenge and very fun!

We live in a rural area with a small caring and friendly community. Fishing, hiking, horseback riding, Petting and Playing with all the Animals, Bonfires Creekside, Picnics, BBQ's, Swimming in the creek (in the summer), Explore, and much more to enjoy right on the farm!

Walk across the field, and take a tour of the Original Family Farm, and visit with the 🐕 Dogs Izzy and Leo, the 🐐 mini goats, Moon, Carla, Helen and Dew, the🐈 Cats Lipstick, Rough and Smooth, the 🐇bunnies Mama, and Rex, along with the 🐖 pig, Lilly and the 🐔 Free Range Chickens! You can feed, pet, and play with all of them!

We also own both sides of the creek making A Very Private Section on Big Ivy Creek to Fish and Explore!
