✹ GENERAL: Saguaro House is hosted by Escape to Vacations. Guests can enjoy every inch of this beautiful home, with the exception of the locked owner’s closets.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in the single garage.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, plus multiple designated workspaces in the bedrooms.

✹ PETS: We have a strict no pet policy.

✹ SECURITY CAMERAS: Security cameras cover the exterior entrances and driveway. One camera is positioned inside the garage to assist with deliveries.

✹ Easy keyless entry is available via a secure smart lock.

✹ Smoking is not permitted at any time.

✹ The saltwater pool and hot tub are available year-round. Hot tub heating is complimentary. Pool heating is available between April-October, for a small additional fee of $100 per day. The pool is heated to 82ºF, allowing for variations dependent upon the exterior weather temperature.

✹ The pool is secured by a gate. You may remove it at your own risk, but must return it to its original position at check-out to avoid a replacement fee. Please watch your children around the pool area.

✹ NO PARTIES: This cozy family home is situated within a quiet, private neighborhood. Scottsdale’s city ordinances prohibit disruptive noise emanating from a property. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00PM and 8:00AM. A noise monitoring system is installed to help enforce these rules, but rest assured that it does not record any audio.

✹ This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 20222617.

✹ Upon booking, you will be required to submit a photo ID to verify your age. The minimum age to rent this property is 24 years. A signed rental agreement and contact information must be submitted within 72 hours to finalize your reservation, otherwise, it will be canceled.

✹ A fully refundable security deposit of $500 is required when booking. The deposit is returned within 14 days of checkout, provided the property is left in good condition. This is collected separately by the property.

✹ The Trust & Safety Fee covers identity verification, criminal background check, and a portion of the commercial insurance premium.
