Come get away in this brand new, professionally decorated 4500 sq ft home on a private beautiful deep water cove on Lake Lanier!

You'll love the double deck brand new dock complete with paddle boards, a step area for a gentle ease into the water, and a table and chairs to enjoy some food by on the lake! Enjoy the sun on the top level of the new double decker dock with new lawn chairs and a large umbrella to grab some shade. Electric current sensor in the water for added safety. We're located in a secluded cove within a cove which is perfect for water sports. Tie up your boat to the dock and enjoy an escape from life! We're located at the northern end of the lake which is much less busy and less stressful for boating and enjoying time on the water. Several life vest are provided but we recommend that you bring your own as well especially for children and the sizes really matter for the little ones.

Launch your boat at Duckett Mill Park which is a 2min boat ride from our dock!

The home is nestled on a private street with great lake views and large kitchen, dining, entertainment area!

You'll absolutely love the deluxe master chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances! 2 Dishwashers make feeding many people an easy task.

Comfortable 4 season's room with TV mounted over the fireplace make this a perfect get a way all year long! Enjoy the lake while living in luxury in this beautiful slice of heaven!

Our house is complete with all the comforts of home including fast WIFI throughout the home, SONOS entertainment, 70in flat screen in the main living room area as we'll as multiple 65in mounted TVs throughout the home. There's a natural gas brand new top of the line WEBER grill. Wood is supplied for the wood burning fireplace in the main living area.

We have a golf cart/side by side to help with access to the lake which is available for an additional 1500.00 per stay.

The dock has lights and power. Table and chairs and multiple lawn chairs. It's the largest size dock that the lake allows and has deep water all around it. 2 boats can safely be tied up to the dock. (No access available to our boat and waverunner)

This lake house is our special place for our family. We got it and created it to bless others as well. The entire house is professionally decorated with high class trimmings and so the rental prices reflect these high quality decor and furnishings. The kitchen is complete to handle most all your culninary needs! Our house is priced in hopes that our guests will treat our home like their own. Leave it better than you found it!

Our basement is a blank slate that we haven't outfitted yet but would love your feedback after your stay

We are approved from the County for 10 people. We can't allow more than this amount. We can have 4 cars in the driveway max. No more. Any trailers should stay parked on the street. No large parties or loud music at night. We are part of a quiet and respectable community. Any violators of this will be asked to leave immediately.
