Lake Therapy: modern 4 bedroom house on Lake LBJ

Welcome to Lake Therapy on Lake LBJ! This charming home is 4 bedrooms so there is plenty of room for the whole family to come and have fun!

The home is situated on the end of a quiet cove and boasts a large lot with plenty of room for the kids to run and a dock to swim during the day and star gaze at night.

The space
Gated entry to the home brings you into the kitchen which is very well stocked with needed cooking utensils. The kitchen is large and has an island with 4 barstools.

Next to the kitchen there is a dining area with seating at the table for six people. The living room is just beyond the dining area and is super comfortable with views of the lake, a sofa and two chairs, which make a perfect place for a rest after a long day on the lake.

Sliding doors in the living room lead out to the deck! This area will be a popular to hang out during your stay. All the views are here along with protection from the sun, what more could you need?! The deck has lighting, ceiling fan, 2 rocking chairs, 2 chairs and 2 couches.

Back inside on the second floor are two bedrooms off of the living room as well as two bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom and access to the deck. The second room features a twin over full bunk.

The spiral staircase is located between these two bedrooms and leads you to a downstairs game room which will certainly be popular spot for your kids and family. Complete with a recilner, tv and a sofa. A sliding door gives you views of the lake. This home is at the end of a small cove and looks out at the cove and larger part of the lake which makes for incredible views and sunsets. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one queen and one twin with trundle bed. There is a full bath downstairs and a laundry room.

Back outside there is a dock with cleats to tie up your boat. Boat lift available upon request. There are plenty of boat ramps nearby and this a is a quiet cove, so no problem tying your boat up here.

Enjoy grilling burgers, veggies or smoking ribs on the modern Traeger grill. Sit out by the fire pit roasting marshmallows and relaxing after a day out on the lake.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy is 8 and 2 vehicles. Please come and have a good time but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.

We love our neighbors and want to be extremely considerate of their peace and property! Noise curfew is in effect from 10pm-8am.

Other things to note
There is a fun interior spiral staircase to get between floors. These stairs are smaller and will require balance.
