✨ Our private 3 bed/1.5 bath is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located 4 miles away from Uptown Charlotte and 3 miles away from Charlotte Douglas International Airport! This home is perfect for game days, concerts, and other events in Uptown Charlotte. We also welcome longer stays for guests who may be waiting on a home to be completed, are relocating to the area, or are in town for work/school (just send us an inquiry and we can discuss accommodations). > We have a strict no party/event policy. The maximum occupancy in the home at any given time is 6 people. Trespassers will be removed by security. Additionally, there will be a $500 fine, plus the cost of property damage.
> No smoking or vaping is allowed inside to help keep our property odor-free & ensure every guest has a great experience. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking or evidence of smoking inside.
> To protect your privacy, security devices are on the property's exterior. We have one smart doorbell that records audio & video of the front porch, a camera that records video of the front yard, & a camera that records video of the backyard.
