Mt. Washington is central to everything, the area is known for it's world-class skyline viewing. Easy to navigate to and from, you're just a few minutes from Station Square, Southside, North Side, downtown, and plenty of other attractions in the city. The Mon Incline is 1 mile away, and the bars & restaurants of Shiloh St. are just a 5 minute drive! You can't beat this location!

The area is super walkable, many fabulous restaurants and shopping is less than a 10 minute walk away from the house. Uber, Lyft and taxi services are readily available in the area as well.

PARKING:
- Street parking is available for you during your stay at no additional cost.

PETS:
- This house is pet friendly, but you must request permission in advance. The fees may vary based on length of stay, but they are no more than $50 per dog per stay, and $30 per cat per stay. Make sure to ask when booking :)

STEPS:
- There are 10 steps to access the front door, and 15 steps to reach the second floor.

SMART LOCK:
- There is a smart lock at the front entrance of the house, allowing you to come and go as you please without worrying about keys. A code will be automatically generated for you when you book and will be sent to you in the check-in instructions.

LAUNDRY:
- There is a washer and dryer located on the first floor of the house, with detergent and other laundry supplies provided at no additional cost to you.
