For those who can't wait to soak up the sun and relax, you'll find numerous outdoor spaces and plenty of seating options to do just that! The private pool area is a backyard oasis offering 6 lounge chairs and a set of Adirondack chairs. You'll find two oceanside balconies to watch the sunrise and the sunset over the Atlantic with your favorite beverage in hand. Both of the two poolside balconies offer stairs leading all the way from the top floor to the ground level with the pool. The hot tub is one of our favorite spots to unwind in the evening, especially after an afternoon of golf or walking around the local sights.

Back inside, the beautiful interior design extends into the primary bedroom suite that boasts a luxurious king-size bed, a sliding door that leads to the top balcony, and upscale coastal furnishings. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a custom tiled shower and double vanity. The half bathroom completes this top floor.

Heading downstairs, you'll find all four guest bedrooms — one king, one queen with ocean views, another queen, and then a bunk room with a double over single and trundle. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
