Additionally, we provide a beach wagon, blanket, umbrella, chairs, and a cooler for your convenience. Our beautifully decorated beach-themed house, ready for your stay. With personal touches and stylish decor throughout, our aim is to make you feel right at home. This spacious retreat combines a beachy vibe with a boho twist and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring 5 Queen beds and 1 Twin bed. If you love cooking, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need. Our home has been recently upgraded, and the downstairs area is carpet-free to help minimize allergies.

We provide essentials for kids and infants, including 2 baby strollers and 2 pack 'n plays. If you have any special requests, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Enjoy the convenience of free parking with your own private driveway. Friendly advice: Always keep the doors closed to keep the Florida geckos outside!

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with queen beds; one room includes a tucked-away single bed, perfect for kids.
Downstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds.
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Plenty of plates and glassware, along with outdoor acrylic cups and wine glasses for poolside safety.
A fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils, pots, baking dishes, cutting boards, and bowls you need for home-cooked meals.

Entertainment for all ages with 2 arcade systems featuring classic games, a foosball table, giant Connect 4, board games, and both indoor and outdoor Jenga.

For infants, we offer 2 high chairs, baby gate for the stairs, and a portable playpen/crib.

Dining area seats 8 people, with an additional table/desk hybrid near the kitchen seating 4 more.
Living room includes arcade systems, foosball table, and a 65-inch TV.

Beach and Outdoor:
**Only 5-7 Minutes away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf.**
Beach gear is provided with a beach wagon, two beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, beach blanket, and a beach umbrella.

Fully fenced backyard for a safe play area for kids. Spacious and secure driveway for parking.
Equipped with external Ring cameras for added security.

- Lawn service every Monday or Tuesday.
- Heated pool available from November 1st to May 1st at 80°F for $20 per day; 85°F for $25 per day; 90°F for $30 per day.
- Weekly pool service for guest safety.
- Trash pick-up on Tuesdays.
- Recycling pick-up on Wednesdays.

Nice Updated Comfortable Property

Very nice, up to date House with all the essentials you need. The home has been recently renovated and is very nice maintained. Very comfortable for our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids, from 10-15 y/o). Kitchen is well equipped with all the basics in a bit more. Pool and outdoor patio very nice. The house is located in a nice quite neighborhood, close to the beach and Grocery Stores near by. The attention from the host was fast and courteous. Would definitely recommend this place.

Our beachfully decorated entire house will be yours to use. You will find many personal touches and decor throughout the entire house. This will be your home away from home. The place is beachy with a boho twist and spacious sleeping up to 10 people, 5 Queen beds, and 1 Twin bed. If you enjoy cooking, we have all the cooking utensils that you need. The entire house is upgraded, with no carpet downstairs to keep clean and minimize allergies. We offer essentials for kids and infants, if you have a request please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Free Parking! Friendly advice; Please always keep doors closed this is Florida, so Geckos are everywhere!

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. All the bedrooms upstairs have queen beds with one room offering a tucked away single bed, that is perfect for kids. Our Downstairs bedroom has 2 queen beds. There are 2 full bathrooms, one upstairs and the other downstairs.

Multiple beaches to choose from with varying drive times ranging from 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending on beach you pick. Beach options include: Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach & Clearwater Beach. With multiple access points to Gulf Blvd (the main road that runs along all the beaches) there are tons of shops, restaurants and entertainment just minutes away in any given direction. Pinellas County Trail can be accessed within walking distance from the house. There are several local parks near this area, including Seminole Lake Park, Boca Ciega Millennium Park and Walter Fuller Park, just to name a few.

Property is on a quiet side street tucked in a neighborhood off a primary road that will take you any direction you need to go. TVs are streaming channels only. No local cable and please no large gathering or parties are permitted on the property. **Our Pool is heated during the months of November and ending on May 1st for an additional fee! If you want to raise the temp you must first submit payment, and there is an additional daily charge at 80 Degrees for $20 per day. If you want to increase the pool to 85 Degrees it is $25 per day and 90 Degrees is $30 per day.. Please keep in mind, that if the temperature is below 60 degrees outside. This could have an affect on the functionality of the pool heater and we could turn it off to avoid damage to the equipment.** **Please do not rearrange any furniture in the house!**

Each Guest will receive the following complimentary: 3 rolls of TP per bathroom 2 rolls of paper towels plus laundry detergent & dryer sheets available. Body wash & Shampoo per bathroom. Dish detergent below the sink. Dish Soap and Trash bags available.
