Pool can be heated for $25 a day. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours for pool to heat up to a desire temp. So feel free to reach out to make prior arrangements.

- The house has 2 bathrooms. The ensuite bathroom has a standing shower, and double sink vanity, and the guest bathroom has a bathtub. Both are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries for your stay, a hairdryer, and first aid kits are included.

*** We provide a starter pack of supplies for items such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, etc to get you started. Starter supplies are not unlimited supplies, be prepared to make a trip to the store if more is needed. Walmart is a 5-minute drive. Costco is about a 10 mins drive.

- This property is nestled in a peaceful, quiet, and friendly area of Ixora Park. This prime location allows quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, landmarks, attractions, and beaches that are only one bridge away!

- We do have a double-car driveway that offers free parking. However, if driving isn't what you want to do, there are buses, taxis, Lyft, and uber!

- Cameras are around the outside of the property for security and liability reasons.
- Quiet hours are 10 Pm to 8 Am in compliance with the Melbourne city ordinance. No loud music, voices, and sounds should be kept low to not disturb our neighbors
- This house is not Childproof so please supervise your children.
- Please understand that Florida has bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc...so do not leave doors/sliders/windows open. We do not give refunds to bugs, insects, and animals found in or outside the home. We do have a monthly pest service with Terminix in place.
- Clean your own grill. Charcoal is not provided.
