Good resort, low quality room

We love staying at Long Beach resort, but this room was a little disappointing. The shower was dirty on the floor. The toilet did not work properly. It took about 15 minutes to fill between flushes. The floors needed to be mopped.

Condo is not up to Longbeach Resort Standards

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is dated and in need of repair. Flooring is coming up from water damage, condo is damp with mold, freezer in fridge is fully iced and not usable, bed sheets, comforter, mattress are stained, balcony furniture is rusted and falling apart, all kitchen drawers are hard to open and shut, cabinets doors have water damage and are falling apart, shower has mold, etc...this condo is in need of repair

DO NOT STAY HERE

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was not happy with the stay. The place is out dated. Not clean. There was hair everywhere. They only gave 1 wash cloth. The sink leaked water around on the faucet. The balcony door didn’t lock. We made the best out of it because we went for the beach, but will NOT be back.
