THE BACKYARD
We spared no expense to make this outdoor living space fun and relaxing. The backyard includes a patio with a brand new grill perfect for making a meal to be enjoyed with family and friends! Outdoor dinnerware and glassware are provided. After dinner, enjoy a glass of wine fireside around the fire pit under the string lights. Fire wood is provided as well.

We are sure the entertainment room will be your favorite spot to spend time with your group – Enjoy the wet bar with fully stocked glassware, ice maker, the hook and ring toss and basketball wall games, and board games. Enjoy streaming the game or feel free to log into your favorite video watching platform; Hulu, Netflix, Prime TV, and more. The house is equipped with High Speed Internet.

SLEEP COMFORT AND TOWELS

There are TWO primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All mattresses are brand new GoldiLux mattresses with cooling technology. Our guests get wonderful nights of sleep. So much so that we often get requests on where they can get one for themselves! All mattresses and pillows are hypoallergenic and protected. Cooling bamboo sheets are fitted to every bed and a cozy comforter layer is provided for extra warmth if needed. There are a variety of pillows to choose from ensuring you get the best sleep possible while on vacation. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan for extra air circulation. Enjoy the provided robes for each guest!

Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us. The house is cleaned and sanitized prior to every stay.

All bedrooms come with enough bath, hand and wash towels to accommodate the number of guests. Additional makeup removing washcloths and hand towels are in the bathrooms. Please do not use the white towels for makeup removal as most makeup stains.

The driveway is available for guests and is large enough for 4 vehicles.

Shoppers- 1.1 miles to the Oaks Mall- Gainesville’s only mall, 3.9 miles to the enjoyable shops & restaurants on Archer Road.

Health Nuts- 0.5 miles to Gainesville’s Premier Gym- Gainesville Health & Fitness, 3.7 miles to Whole Foods, 4.1 miles to Trader Joe’s, and of course a close-by Publix!

Adventurers- 24 minutes to Paynes Prairie Preserve State Park where you can enjoy the trails and wildlife viewings. 36 minutes to Ginnie Springs where you can explore via kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes.

Just over an hour away is Crystal River where you can explore the lakes and rivers, dive in for delicious scallops, hike through unspoiled forests, and swim with the adorable manatees!

Travelers- 23 minutes to the Gainesville Airport. Lots of opportunities for getting around including driving, public transportation, scooter rentals, Uber/Lyft.
