You'll love this brand new, beautifully renovated 2 bedroom condo with a large kitchen less than 4 miles from the center of Boston! It is convenient to public transportation and the highway for easy transit into the city or a quick walk to all that Somerville has to offer. We are a mile from Tufts campus and 2.5 miles to Harvard. We can also offer limited off street parking! For our safety and our guests' safety, we are following all CDC cleaning guidelines in between guests during this time.

This completely renovated second floor 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is perfect for a Boston getaway for up to 6 guests.

The open concept kitchen connects to the living room and dining area with a modern Pottery Barn table with seats for 6 and 3 additional barstools at the large island. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, drip coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and state of the art appliances including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas range stove/oven. The living room has a large smart flat screen TV mounted above a dreamy gas fireplace, a comfy sectional sofa, and a daybed with two twin beds for additional sleeping spaces.

The two bedrooms have a queen and full bed respectively with empty dressers for your use.

The one full bath has a large modern shower and comes equipped with fluffy towels.

Your stay also includes fast WiFi, YouTubeTV (live TV), an in unit washer/dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, a designated driveway parking spot (or two if they are small cars), and a booklet of Boston suggestions.

We have a downstairs three bedroom unit available for larger groups if you are interested in a different space or you can rent both!

You'll have access to all parts of this condo! There are two other units in this multi family home, one where I live and one other that is also rented. Your condo has a private entrance with no shared space.

We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing! Just let us know if you have any questions or need anything during your stay!

Somerville is a vibrant city in itself and we are less than a mile from Medford, both have their own bars, restaurants, and historic sites that guests love! Of course, then the beautiful city of Boston is minutes away by car or public transportation. Our street is residential and quiet, but near a main street with convenient access to the highway.

We are a 15-20 minute walk to the closest T stop. The 95 bus picks up just at the end of our street and will drop you off with easy access to the T. This bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 6 minute ride to the T station. We have limited street parking and 1 designated driveway spot for this unit. An uber/lyft into the city is anywhere from 10-20 minutes depending on the part of the city you want to get to (and the infamous Boston traffic of course)

An Uber or Lyft to the city is cheap and super quick (10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic of course)! I provide a free code for both if you've never used it before

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!

Process: Airbnb takes the entire rental fee you were quoted upon you booking the property. Hosts don't actually have any control in that process. Security Deposit is not taken at all unless there's an issue during your stay.

Early check in/late check out: We will always do our best to accommodate these requests, but I cannot guarantee it if we have other guests before or after. We can usually at least let you drop your bags off or leave your bags!

There are extra blankets in the bin by the TV. Feel free to use any plates, cups, or cookware in the cabinets - you should find them pretty easily in the kitchen, but just reach out if you can't find anything! Feel free to use the fridge and freezer. There might be a few sodas and condiments in the fridge, feel free to use them or toss them if you need the extra space. Check out is at 11 am.

When you check out if you could turn the heat to 65 in the winter and AC to 75 in the summer, load and run the dishwasher (tabs are under the kitchen sink), and put all trash and recycling in the driveway bins - we'll handle the rest! Please shoot me a note when you are all checked out.
