Enjoy our slice of paradise. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms unit is located on the 2nd floor for added privacy, but only 1 flight of stairs to climb, this is the best location to choose. With a beautifully refreshed interior and new amenities you will find to be your slice of paradise as well. The 3BR and the ability to sleep up to 8 guests. Our open concept kitchen and living room with 75" TV w/Direct TV makes it easy to prepare meals while entertaining your family and friends.

The Space:
Steps away from one of 5 swimming pools and 2 hot Jacuzzis. Enjoy your vacation in a wonderful complex, located in Loiza, Puerto Rico. Located only 20 minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, accessible through a scenic route following the ocean line or a modern expressway, in the town of Loiza. Away from the noise and hustle of the city but within minutes of shopping malls, golf courses, restaurants and world famous tourist attractions such as El Yunque Rainforest & Luquillo Beach.

Our goal is to make your stay a most memorable one. We want our guests to return to our beautiful island. This makes us different from everyone else, we give our guest a more personal experience.

Getting Around:
The Aquatika complex offers everything you need; you may never leave the grounds! There are five community pools, including smaller pools for children. For a soothing soak, head to one of the three hot tubs. For some friendly competition, there are two tennis courts, 18 mini golf course, Beach volleyball, and two half basketball courts.

Steps away from the condo is a gorgeous private beach, accessible only to guests of the Aquatika complex. With the beach so close, you're sure to find plenty of scuba diving, surfing, swimming, and other water activities.

When hunger strikes, head to Gery's Tropical Bar & Grill on the weekends.
Should you choose to explore the area, you'll find something to suit all tastes. Feeling lucky? Head 20 minutes to El Conquistador Casino or Rio Mar Casino. Do some shopping at the Belz Factory Outlets 10-minutes away, or Plaza Las Americas Mall 30 minutes away.

The El Yunque National Rainforest is 20 minutes from the condo and is sure to be a memorable experience.

Other Things to Note:
There is a one time $10 fee per person for authorized Aquatika Beach Resort guests. Each guest will wear a wristband at all times. The wristbands are provided at check-in and payment should be covered prior to check-in. This is an administration charge, not set by host and it is non-refundable.
This charge is not included in the total amount when booking, but is require to each guest one wristband per guest for $10, This bracelet fee should be pay at least 5 days prior to the arrival date. A PayPal, Vimio, Ath Movil, Zelle account has been established to fulfilled this costs or through Airbnb "send money to host" tool.
