Our property features an open concept living area, dining room and kitchen. This space was made for entertaining! All furnishings are brand new and modern with a mid century farmhouse flair. The kitchen has been fully supplied with all new, modern appliances and features. The house is equipped with air conditioning.

The bedrooms are large and airy. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with it's own 3-piece ensuite. The other bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed if need be, linens included. Each bedroom comes equipped with a wireless charger for your phone and smart watch. We supply only the best linens and towels for each of our guests.

The house has been fully outfitted with all amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. We provide plenty of linens, towels and kitchen amenities for your use. There is a Keurig coffee machine with a selection of pods included.

There is parking available for 1-2 cars on the street, free of charge, and no pass required.

Currently the backyard is a work in progress. There is a lovely brand new deck, and there is now brand new turf laid for your enjoyment. The turf is 95% complete, and will be near the beginning of July, 2023. We hope to install some more landscaping in the next while as well to add privacy and shade.

Skaha Marina - water sports & boat launch, boat rentals including pontoons, bowriders and kayaks. Check out the new Dragonboat Restaurant at the marina!

Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park - world-class rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking

Wineries - Take a self-guided Wine Tour north to Naramata or south to Oliver - you will discover dozens of excellent wineries along the way.

Bike Trails - every kind of cycling available, whether it is on technical Mountain bike trails, like Rock Oven or Three Blind Mice, a leisure ride on the Kettle Valley Trail or a road ride on the famous Ironman Triathalon course, you will find a ride to remember!
