Welcome to Beach Please! Our modern coastal condo is perfect for families, friends, or couples who want to enjoy the Florida sunshine and beautiful Gulf views.

A wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and glass sliders floods the open living area with natural light, showcasing the turquoise Gulf waters. Relax on coastal chic sofas (including a sleeper sofa) or watch a movie on the enormous flatscreen TV.

The kitchen, completely open to the living area, allows the chef to be part of the action and enjoy the views. With a large center island, there’s plenty of prep space, and three bar stools allow guests to keep the chef company or have a casual breakfast at the counter. Steps away, there is dining for four, or you can dine al fresco on the balcony and enjoy the Gulf breeze.

With a large primary bedroom, guest suite, bunk area, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo can comfortably sleep 8, and an in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to stay a while.

It’s all about the sunshine at Beach Please, starting with the expansive private balcony. Eat breakfast at the four-person dining table and enjoy the Gulf breeze. Lounge on comfortable outdoor furniture, gaze out at the turquoise water, and plan your perfect beach day.
Beach Please is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, known for its white-sand beaches, crystal clear water, and fun beach atmosphere. Our condo community, Laketown Wharf, is bursting with resort amenities – there are five pools, a splash pad, and a play area for the kids just steps from the unit. There’s also an on-site fitness center with views of the Gulf and a beautiful lake with a nightly fountain and light show (which you can view from the condo’s walkway).

When the beach is calling, our condo is just steps from the sand. Enjoy private beach access through Pineapple Willy’s, which also happens to be one of our favorite dinner spots.

Relax on the sugar-white sand beach or rent a jet ski, paddleboard, or pontoon boat and head out on the water. Plan a dolphin tour, go parasailing, grab your snorkeling gear, or check out Shipwreck Island Waterpark, just a few miles away.

After a day full of adventure, Panama City Beach has endless delicious restaurants and lively bars where you can enjoy fresh seafood and tropical drinks.

Spring Break

Overall the condo we stayed in was the perfect space for us, it was clean and comfortable. If coming during spring break time, be prepared to be unable to use the private beach access as two different days group members were unable to access the beach. This was the biggest frustration. The proximity of the condo to activities, grocery and stores was great. After arriving on Monday we were able to walk to every place we needed to be. There is a Walmart near by which is convenient, as evidenced by the lack of product options (they were constantly stocking shelves). Overall would recommend staying here again.

Much needed family time

We had stayed at Laketown Wharf before and wanted to stay when we had more time to explore both the resort and Panama City. Very pleased with the unit itself. We stayed with our daughter and her two sons again and my daughter very much enjoyed having the kingsize bed in the second bedroom. Grandsons loved the bunk room. We did make sure to leave the sliding door open and told the boys to not open or close on their own because it was not very kid friendly and would come off track very easily. No big deal since the only time we would need to close it was to do laundry and my daughter and I were doing that. The last time we stayed the wait for elevators was crazy long. We were told they were doing work on the elevators last fall that should help. Not sure if it was coming at a different time of year or whatever repair they made but only waited a couple of minutes on elevators compared to over 15 ( would end up taking stairs when it would be longer) last time. We did have to make arrangements to be out of the condo one day because the water was going to be shut off from 9-5 throughout the resort. We picked that day for exploring and shopping and made the best of it. Every employee we ran into was extremely helpful and friendly. I will say they seemed very short handed but the employees made the best if it. Not sure if that is a problem with the resort not allowing enough employees to cover shifts or if they have trouble having enough staff like so many other businesses.

Laketown Wharf is a very big place

It was a nice place to stay. The condo was loves the ocean views pretty even being across the street. Beach access wasn’t far away but you better enjoy walking. I think I part that was not good was waiting on the elevators! It was not fun at all. And it would’ve been nice to have parking closer to our condo.
