The elevator offers convenience in getting to any of the three floors. The main level offers two guest suites, living room, dining area, powder bath and laundry room. Also on this level is the high-end chef's kitchen featuring all Thermador appliances with two full-size ovens, a custom designed range hood and tile backsplash, plus a dry bar/butler's pantry with refrigerated beverage drawers and a wine fridge. The large screened lanai off the back overlooks the lush landscaping down to the pool area. From there, take the stairs to the oversized rooftop deck with remarkable 360- Gulf to Bay and Skyway views! Amazing location and property

Far better than the pictures even made us think it would be. Location is amazing and hosts have thought of everything needed for a great beach vacation- golf cart, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, pull wagon. Outdoor area is amazing- pool and hot tub were great and made everything feel private. We will definitely return to this property in the future. Communication with host was also extremely easy and quick to respond.

Perfect location, and came with beach chairs, golf cart and plenty of towels. The house was spotless with plenty of room to spread out, this was our 4th time staying in Anna Maria and it was by far our favorite house!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! There are bikes and a 6 passenger golf cart. The pool and spa are very nice, but shaded pretty much all the time. The photos posted are not the actual bedrooms in the house, which was very unfortunate. The owner was having problems with the website, also unfortunate. The expectation was three beautiful ADULT bedrooms as shown. What is actually there is two beautiful bedrooms and a bunk room that would accommodate 8 children. The owner had plenty of time to let us know that he was having issues with his website, but this was not disclosed. You vacationers out there know when your expectations are not met, it could set the tone for the rest of your vacation. Make sure you ask this company if the photos are correct before booking!

Perfect Palm Getaway!

We love AMI! We have traveled several times here but this was our first time staying this far north on Bean Point. The house was absolutely perfect...it was beautiful, well equipped, great location (golf cart was a bonus and necessity for this location), and a true retreat for our family. The house was peaceful and being surrounded by the palm trees was lovely. The pool, hot tub, pool table, and indoor/outdoor living space was great. Serendipity was great to work with, communicated well, and made the entire process easy. We would definitely return to this home on AMI!

Incredible home and location

This house was as-advertised and more. Every level of the home offered a different experience, from the rooftop deck (excellent for star-gazing!) to the shaded and private hot tub and pool. The extras were perfect: we used the golf cart multiple times a day and never needed our rental car. Great communication with the owners with lots of tips for visiting the area. Overall amazing experience!
