Situated in the heart of Colorado's Western Slope, this dog-friendly studio provides direct access to scenic hiking and biking trails, while being just moments away from downtown shopping and indulging in wine from our renowned Palisade wineries. As you enter this home, you will see a bench with built-in hooks to store coats and shoes. The living room is equipped with a brand-new Smart TV, DVD player with a vast collection of DVD movies to choose from, and a sleeper sofa couch. Just off the living room, is a table for two that can be used for both meals and remote work. Separating the living room from the bedroom, is an abbonto bar with storage for books and local vineyard wine. Sleeping area includes a comfy queen bed with many pillows. The kitchenette is well-stocked with multiple amenities including a full refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom has a well-lit vanity area and an oversized walk-in shower. Secure storage is available for bicycle, golf equipment and vehicle in our extended single car garage.

While this home is pet-friendly, we accept dogs only for this property.


What to be aware of:

- This is a private studio within a detached three car garage of a full-time resident home. However, your space is private but please expect other people to be around the property
- Separate dog run available but is adjacent to private resident backyard
- Owner has dog named Buddy
- Steep driveway

We love our furry friends! Please clean up after your furry friend before leaving.  Your pet must be kenneled if left alone in the home.
