Embark on the perfect beach vacation in this pristine, newly constructed 3 bed/2.5 bath residence, offering all the comforts of home. Upon entering, you'll find an inviting open floor plan on the first level. Unwind with your loved ones in the cozy living room, equipped with a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite movies and TV shows, or step outside onto the deck to experience breathtaking Bay views and colorful coastal sunsets.

In the dining area, a generously sized table accommodates up to 6 guests, complemented by additional bar seating for 4. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. For added convenience, there's a half bathroom on this level. The garage, located just off the kitchen, accommodates 2 vehicles and features an electronic garage door with a remote. Within the garage, you'll find two trash receptacles one for regular trash and the other for recycling.

Upstairs, the spacious King suite boasts a private bath complete with a double vanity, bathtub, and a luxurious walk-in shower. A shared guest bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway just outside the guest rooms, offers a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment options for everyone, and complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire home.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel, EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select EPA and Environmentally Safe detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes Eco-Friendly approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star, and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for the Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

Just a stone's throw away from this serene enclave lies convenient access to the tranquil Bay, complete with a petite beach area that's ideal for launching kayaks for a day of adventurous exploration.

For convenient beach access, we recommend exploring Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access or Coastal Orange Beach Public Beach Access, both situated within a short 3-mile radius from this property. Moreover, this community is strategically positioned mere minutes away from an array of shops and restaurants located at the vibrant Wharf.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
