Situated inland, only a 35min drive from the vibrant Dubai Marina or JBR beach where you can be enjoying the Sun & Sand, or drive 30min in the other direction you will find yourself in Downtown Dubai staring up at the breath-taking Burj Kahlifa.

This amazing three bedroom villa in Damac Hills 2 is the perfect place to call home for your upcoming trip to Dubai. Decorated in soft greys and creams with subtle pops of colour, we know you will love this villa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your meals at home which you can then enjoy at the dining table seating four. With the open plan living style, you will still feel connected with your loved ones as you cook. The living area features a plush L-shaped sofa positioned perfectly in front of your big screen TV, making this the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the Dubai. The living/dining area flows out to the private garden which is so spacious and is the perfect place to spend time with your loved ones. In the three bedrooms you will find luxurious large beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, you will probably sleep in later than usual. In the bathrooms you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.
The villa does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained villa, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the villa with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This villa is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the villa to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
