Beautifully renovated Waikiki studio in a fantastic location at the secure Kuhio Village building. Located right on Kuhio Ave., our guests enjoy easy access to the upscale Duke’s Lane, newly built International Market Place, Kalakaua Ave and world-famous Waikiki Beach. This unit offers ac, wifi, and cable right off the Kuhio Ave and its plentiful restaurants, shops, nightlife and activities.

This home is a remodeled studio with private lanai, queen bed (sleeps 2), dining for 2, kitchenette and full bath with shower/tub. Sleeps 2 guests and is located on the 5th floor. Elevators are available. Permit Number: 2211-CCH-0288

KITCHEN/DINING
This home includes a kitchenette with a hot plate (portable stove), microwave, coffee pot, mini fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, cutlery and basic cookware.

LIVING/SLEEPING AREA
This unit includes a queen bed (sleeps 2), dining area for 2, private lanai with city views and seating for 2, kitchenette and full bath with tub/shower.

Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

The Kuhio Village offers easy access to Honolulu’s most upscale offerings, the newly built International Market Place and Duke’s Lane. Take a short walk to the restaurant- and boutique-filled Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, soft-sanded beaches, famous restaurants, surf lessons, paddle board rentals, and shopping. Close to Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Beach Park, Ala Moana Center, Diamond Head State Monument and more.

This unit is not part of the hotel pool. This property is independently owned and managed and does not offer/include daily cleanings or linen services.

Good Spot for Solo Travler

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a nice stay in Waikiki. Getting in was clear and simple instructions. The apartment was small but comfortable and a good location to the beach and surounding restaurants and shops. Only thing I'll say is some of the furnishings were a bit old/run down (not exactly as seen in the photos). The bed was quite soft which made getting in/out a little awkward (but once in I slept great!). All in all it was a good place to stay for guests who are looking for a simple place while exploring O'ahu. I was able to buy food and use the small kitchenett facilities which helped save some money on restaurants. The small balcony was nice for a lite breeze in the evenings.

Management company dropped the ball

It took almost 2 hours to get into my room because I was given the wrong unlock code for the keybox. Multiple calls were required to get the correct code. The WiFi instructions sent to me were wrong because the equipment was replaced. The management company couldn't figure out when that happened. The curtains were too long and cover the AC unit. You can run the AC in privacy. Cut the curtains to above the unit. Lights were unplugged. The TV remotes supplied didn't work -- as it seems the TV was recently replaced. The cable remote was broken. There was a remote for an Amazon Firestick which was not there -- probably from the prior TV. No remote for the DVD player there. This rental was a hot mess. The management company should be replaced. At least the place was clean and mostly quiet.

Great Location, Adequate for Solo Travel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit is comfortable but some things listed were not provided like shampoo. Lamps were broken, only enough toilet paper for one, only one set snorkel gear but two beach chairs. The unit is certainly acceptable but not stellar especially for more than one person.
