Located next to the trendy Ace Hotel, you'll be in the heart of all the action. Our spacious condo has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and relaxing bedrooms. Take a dip in the rooftop pool to cool off after a day of exploring the city, or relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture.
Guests will need to submit a photo of their valid, government ID, PRIOR to arrival, so that we may successfully register all guests with our doormen and security. We thank you in advance for keeping our building safe. The maximum number of registered guests is 4!
Broadway is home to a number of landmark theaters, including the Million Dollar Theater, the Palace Theater, the Orpheum Theater, and the Theater at Ace Hotel, and of course Crypto Arena. The street is also home to a variety of shopping and dining destinations, including the Grand Central Market, a large indoor food hall featuring stalls selling a range of cuisines.
Overall, Downtown LA is a vibrant and diverse area with a rich history and plenty of things to see and do, with a walking score of 97!
Our location is convenient for all types of travelers. If you're driving, there are plenty of parking garages and lotsavailable. If you prefer public transportation, the metro is just a short walk away. Or, if you want to explore the city on two wheels, you can easily rent a scooter or bike.
