As you enter Magnolia House 409, you'll notice the modern coastal décor that creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The condo includes shades of beige and blue, reminiscent of the ocean and sand. The floors are made of light-colored tile, and the furniture is a mix of natural materials like wood, rattan, and wicker.
The living room features a comfortable sofa covered in a soft blue fabric that pulls into a queen sleeper sofa, a large TV, and a ceiling fan to circulate the ocean breeze and create a soothing atmosphere.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The countertops are made of sleek granite, and the cabinets are painted a crisp white.
The bedroom has a king-size bed covered in crisp white linens and is furnished with a dresser, nightstand, and a wall-mounted TV. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan to keep you cool during hot summer nights.
The bathroom features a modern vanity and a walk-in shower with sleek glass doors.
The private balcony is accessible through sliding glass doors in the living room. It features a small bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while enjoying the beautiful views.
The gated community has two pools, a hot tub, and beach access. There's also a beach tram to transport you to and from the beach easily. Two adult bikes are provided for exploring the area, and there are also tennis and pickleball courts and a shuffleboard court for some friendly competition.
The condo is close to popular attractions, making it ideal for a relaxing beach vacation. Whether you're looking for fine dining, shopping, or outdoor activities, you'll find plenty of options nearby.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living area was clean and beautiful. The view from the balcony and walk to the gulf side were wonderful. The kitchen had all of the plates and dishes you could want and we loved having a small washer and dryer. Overall a wonderful experience.We also loved the chair and umbrella service, it was a delightful luxury. Parking under the building was really nice to stay out of the weather when packing and unpacking the car. -I think the only real off putting element was how humid the rental could be. We left the bathroom fan on even while we were away, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay, just something to be aware of if you have problems with humidity.-This is a great location for families. My mother didn't like the noise from the pool below, but simply closing the sliding doors solved that problem.-Two of the heavy blinds that allowed eastern sun into the lockable outside area broke from old age before we left, but that was a minor flaw.
